"I'm very happy to be included in the Sofico Ambassadors program. Training on my own in the past have led to injuries which I hope to avoid this year by having professional guidance and follow-up. My goal to run a half marathon before turning 30 is still on! But of course, having colleagues aiming for that same target will be the ultimate motivation!"
